Automated Document Preparation.

VirtuWillÔ is a software application that uses the powers of Microsoft® Word to automatically produce excellent drafts of sophisticated estate planning documents.

VirtuWillÔ offers a comprehensive set of form documents. However, both the language and the assembly logic of the program is are fully customizable. With a little assistance (and maybe completely on your own), you can even add documents of your own to the system. Its open-ended future expandability make VirtuWillÔ the perfect assembly solutions for law firms of all sizes.

Simplicity, Speed, Accuracy.

Open VirtuWillÔ and enter a client’s data. Then, point and click to choose the documents you want to create, and the phrases you want to include in the documents. Finally, click “OK” and in seconds VirtuWillÔ will create Microsoft® Word documents that you can fully edit and then save like any other Word document.

Bottom line: In about 10 minutes, your secretary or assistant can create drafts of a Will, an ILIT, powers of attorney, cover and engagement letters -- and most importantly a bill! Every document is created from the same standard forms, so they’re always accurate.

Easy and Limitless Customization.

The VirtuWillÔ systems are also a platform for creating partially or fully customized drafting systems. With relative ease, we can integrate your own language into VirtuWillÔ, or change portions of the standard form documents to meet your firm’s needs.

In addition, a standard feature of VirtuWillÔ allows you to easily create custom form documents, letters, and insertable phrases of your own, all of which are fully integrated into the system.

VirtuWillÔ includes Simple Wills (with and without minor’s trusts), many forms of A/B Wills (including reverse pecuniary and fractional formulas), financial and healthcare powers of attorney, revocable trusts with A/B splits, ILITs and other irrevocable trust agreements.
